Aluminum melting furnace with natural gas

RG series gas melting furnace produced by our company is mainly used for pressure casting, gravity casting and dissolution of non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and lead) before liquid die forging.

The product consists of furnace body, electrical control box and combustion system. The furnace body is mainly composed of dumping support and insulation structure. The shell of the furnace body is made of sections and steel plates welded together and is composed of various lightweight refractory materials and some castable materials. Gas and fuel are designed with secondary utilization of chimney heat energy, which has high thermal efficiency. The furnace body is equipped with a thermocouple, which is connected with the temperature controller to measure the temperature of the furnace.

1. Steel structural parts

The shell of furnace is made of steel plate and section steel, the thickness of which is 5mm. The cover plate is made of cast iron.

2. Furnace lining composition

The molten pool part is made of the whole one time casting, the material has the characteristics of high strength, long life and so on. (compressive strength: above 110℃ to 140Mpa; The linear change rate is only 0.1%). The insulation layer is constructed with aluminum silicate fiberboard and lightweight brick.

3. Combustion system

Choose (European) brand gas burner. Simple operation and maintenance, long service life, with temperature control, automatic ignition, flame monitoring, reached the set temperature, the burner stopped burning when the temperature in the furnace below the set temperature limit, the burner into the combustion mouth for automatic combustion.

1. Provide 1 set of lifting equipment for on-site installation

2. The fuel supply port is connected to the fuel interface of the furnace body. The piping outside this scope is not within the fortification scope of the company.

3. Operating power supply 220V.50Hz.
